Qualifications / Description:
Provide quality service to the sales team to handle support paperwork for member sales. Responsible for gathering background information on loan or new account information, completing paperwork and setting up the closing details.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of member paperwork. This position is detail orientated with a high need to speed and accuracy
- Responsible for day one paperwork on new member deposit accounts
- Responsible for creating loan files and completing support documents
- Responsible for scheduling loan closings, apprising applicants of all pertinent loan data, including but not limited to the disclosure of terms, payment amounts, dates, methods of repayment and insurance available or required
- Responsible for accurate document preparation, computer input, check handling and balancing of same on a daily basis
- Forward follow-up documentation/information to place of disbursement or central processing for completion
- Complete all closing paperwork and file in the appropriate locations
- Recommend changes necessary for improved efficiency and service to our members
- Maintain familiarity with credit union policies and procedures as contained in all manuals pertinent to job duties to ensure compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Knowledge of all credit union products and services
- Knowledge and ability to use intermediate math skills (calculations and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, loan payment, debt ratio, loan-to-value etc.)

Qualifications / Description:
Responsible for the maintenance and repayment of delinquent loans and credit cards. Maintain proper follow up on accounts. Assist manager in NSF collection and property tax collection. Maintain accurate records utilizing manual or electronic methods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact delinquent members by telephone, field calls and mail to determine the reasons for delinquency
- Assist in developing plans to bring accounts to a current status
- Respond to telephone calls regarding payment notices and delinquent accounts
- Investigate possible errors on credit reporting of loan information
- Process claims upon death of member for any debts owed
- Maintain detailed written records
- Calculate and correct payments for errors on loan accounts
- Perform skip-tracing duties as required and directed, which may include securing credit reports
- Determine when loan collateral should be repossessed
- Serve as liaison with attorneys or agencies in handling repossession of collateral
- Process and maintain all legal documents on accounts
- Maintain accurate and organized files on all bankruptcy and insurance claims
- Attend hearings and coordinate with trustees for all bankruptcy filings
- Maintain monthly and quarterly reports for the board of directors and management
- Assure proper levy processing is completed
- Cross train in direct manager’s duties to fill in as needed

Maintain the credit union's website and intranet in order to accomplish goals and strategies set forth in the yearly marketing plan. Provide research support by evaluating the credit union's market research needs and analyzing/interpreting the findings for appropriate credit union personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Website Duties:
- Designs, builds and maintains web pages using a variety of graphics software tools and techniques and monitors the website for accuracy and timeliness
- Assists in promotion of credit union products and services via management of the Internet and coordinates all outside Internet vendor relations
- Explore new ways to serve Internet members and increase efficiency of serving members by analyzing, designing and implementing new technical internet solutions including podcasts, webinars, streaming video, etc.
- Recommends proper production, technical and design techniques specific to Internet/Intranet development
- Experience and skill with dominant applications
- Ensure that all Internet standards are met and that standards are maintained to protect the credit union's domain and on sites hosted by Internet vendors
- Monitor and administer all legal Internet domains
- Ensure compliance with all Internet privacy guidelines
Marketing Research Analyst Duties:
- Analyzes and tracks membership data using the marketing data and research system, in order to identify new product and promotion opportunities
- Actively researches and reviews the web to find new ideas for promotions, products and services
- Develops and presents monthly reports regarding membership trends, survey results, competitor activity, and campaign results, in order to keep credit union staff up-to-date on market outlook
- Provides mailing lists for direct mail campaigns based on membership product propensity and follows-up with measurement results
- Manages special research projects on an as-needed basis
- Uploads month-end information into the marketing data and research system
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Knowledge of the Windows networking systems and Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge and skill with Dreamweaver, Flash, Adobe Photoshop, multimedia applications, ASP.NET, C#, PHP, SQL, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, W3C standards, and cross-browser compatibility issues
- Knowledge of intermediate math

Education and Experience:
This position requires the completion of a two-year degree in a related field. Microsoft certifications are a plus.
