General Summary:
Performs member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers and check cashing with the proper identification of the credit union member.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs member transactions according to credit union policies and procedures with proper member identification.
- Maintain cash drawer with all proper controls, vouchers, receipts, security, proofs, etc.
- Cross-sell all products and services offered by the credit union.
- Respond to members’ requests, problems and complaints, and/or direct them to the proper person for specific information and assistance.
- Receive a variety of information pertaining to members’ accounts, and route to proper department for processing.
- Provide members with account status, including current balances and loan pay-offs.
- Assist members in closing accounts.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing).
- Skill at being a professional with well-developed interpersonal skills necessary for servicing credit union members and projecting a positive image as a representative of the credit union.
Education and Experience:
Previous financial institution and cash handling experience is desired.

General Summary:
Responsible for the maintenance and repayment of delinquent loans and credit cards. Maintain proper follow up on accounts. Assist manager in NSF collection and property tax collection. Maintain accurate records utilizing manual or electronic methods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact delinquent members by telephone and mail to determine the reasons for delinquency and assist them in developing plans to bring accounts to a current status. Provide recommendations to Account Recovery Manager when to compromise and settle balances and when to initiate foreclosure or repossession proceeding. Follow-up on delinquent, high-balance and credit balance accounts by phone and/or letter. Co-signer/maker notification is also involved in all aspects of this.
- Respond to telephone calls regarding payment notices and delinquent accounts.
- Maintain a detailed written record of all communications made regarding the delinquency on all loans.
- Research payroll deduction issues, stops, starts, and changes as they may affect the status of a loan repayment.
- Calculate and correct payments for errors on loan accounts, as well as, receive and post payments.
- Perform skip-tracing duties as required and directed.
- Process and maintain all legal documents on accounts. This includes but is not limited to proper paperwork for charges, payments, and bankruptcies.
- Maintain accurate and organized files on all bankruptcy or insurance claims. Advise senior staff of all hearings and coordinate with trustees for all bankruptcy filings.
- Acquiring and maintaining all expenses by the department for the maintenance and disposal of collateral, all legal fees, and other items as needed.
- Maintain monthly and quarterly reports for the board of directors and management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of all applicable collection laws and regulations required.
- Knowledge and ability to use intermediate math skills (calculations and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to attend appropriate local/regional educational seminars.

- Ability to drive common vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
- Ability to be a professional with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills necessary for communicating with members on delinquent loans and projecting a positive image as representative of the credit union.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment. This position requires independent, logical thinking skills with the ability to be compassionate and separate one-self from the job.
Education and Experience:
This position requires a high school education and one-year experience in a loan servicing or collection department. Financial institution background is preferred.

General Summary:
Responsible for servicing and assisting with the growth of a profitable business client base.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Originate and underwrite commercial loans within credit union policies. Prepare participation arrangements as needed. Work with SBA and other government agencies as appropriate.
- Responsible for creation and retention of all necessary documents and reports related to business banking.
- Provide reports, statistics, and analyses to department manager as needed.
- Responsible for compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements as well as with requirements that apply to specific business banking programs or vendors.
- Maintain current knowledge of general market and economic conditions relating to business lending.
- Maintain awareness of competitors' rates, fees, terms, and programs relating to business lending.
- Represent credit union in various business, trade, civic, charity, and social organizations to support community and provide positive public relations.
- Call on new and existing members to develop new relationships that will increase the profitability within the credit union.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of business loan policy, credit granting criteria, financial analysis, proper documentation, etc.
- Knowledge of SBA lending.
- Knowledge and ability to use intermediate math (calculations and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel within membership area to see business clients and attend local/regional educational seminars.
- Ability to be flexible, prioritize, organize and multi-task.
- Ability to be a professional with well-developed interpersonal skills essential for carrying out business banking functions, client relationships, and for projecting a positive image as representative of the credit union.
Education and Experience:
This position requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field and five years experience in lending at a financial institution. A proven track record of business development and successful portfolio management is preferred.
