Do I have to be an employee of Kohler Co. in order to be a member of Kohler Credit Union?
A:
No. Membership is open to anyone who lives or works in Sheboygan, Calumet, Fond du Lac, Manitowoc, Ozaukee or Washington County.

I have lost my debit card, what do I do?
A:
During business hours, contact a Kohler Credit Union representative immediately at (920) 459-2595, and if after hours, call Metavante (our card processor) at 1-800-236-2442 so that we may close your card immediately to prevent fraudulent charges.
Q:
What do I do if I have forgotten my online password, answers to my security questions, or have received an error message?
A:
Call the credit union at (920) 459-2595 and a Kohler Credit Union representative will assist you in getting access to your online account.
Q:
How do I go about changing my address?
A:
If you have online access, you can log into your account, click the “Your Preferences” tab and then click the “Contact Information” link. If you are not an online banking user, you can complete and sign an address change form at any Kohler Credit Union office.

How do I order more checks?
A:
There are two ways to order checks.  If you have online banking, you can click the “Order Checks” link on the Account Details page for any checking account.  By using this link you can save time as some of the important account details will be automatically filled in for you.

If you don’t use online banking, you can click here to reorder checks from Liberty Enterprises.  This site will not automatically enter your account information; you will have to do it manually.
