No. Membership is open to anyone who lives or works in Sheboygan, Calumet, Fond du Lac, Manitowoc, Ozaukee or Washington County.

A:
During business hours, contact a Kohler Credit Union representative immediately at (920) 459-2595, and if after hours, call Metavante (our card processor) at 1-800-236-2442 so that we may close your card immediately to prevent fraudulent charges.

What do I do if I have forgotten my online password, answers to my security questions, or have received an error message?
A:
Call the credit union at (920) 459-2595 and a Member Support Representative will assist you in getting access to your online account.

How do I go about changing my address?
A:
If you have online access, you can log in to your accounts and fill out an address change form under the "Secure Forms" section. If you are not currently set up for online access, you can contact us to mail you an address change form, or stop at any Kohler Credit Union branch.
