Over the last 20 years, Lance has worked in the financial industry in various positions. He has also spent nearly 20 years working with youth, both as a volunteer with youth groups and developing seminars and materials to teach young people how to manage money. His unique style of making a complicated subject fun made him a regular presenter at a number of national youth gatherings. He has designed various games to teach money management, contributed toward web-based financial management games and contributed to a book on reaching youth with a financial message. He has spoken at the annual convention for the National Youth Involvement Board and continues to spread the message of smart money choices for young people in Sheboygan County schools through classroom presentations. His passion and drive for this subject is renewed each day as one of his two daughters asks for money!

Throughout high school and college, Teresa provided care for customers in the service industry. With this knowledge and the joy of helping others, she earned her undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Winona State University in 1997. After college, Teresa worked in Human Resources at a manufacturing plant in the Manitowoc area. In December 2004, Teresa completed a Masters degree in Business Administration from Lakeland College. Through Certification as a Trainer of Sales and Service Programs, teaching workplace safety classes and speaking at various groups concerning Human Resources laws and topics, Teresa has built an impressive list of professional accomplishments. With over 10 years of experience, she has recently earned her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the National Society for Human Resource Management.

During her 11 years with the credit union, Kristen has held a variety of positions; most recently as Assistant Branch Manager—Taylor Drive. Kristen is currently pursuing her degree in Business Management at Cardinal Stritch University and handles the duties of the class representative. Before working at the credit union, she was a group home counselor for mentally and physically challenged adults in addition to working as a data entry clerk. Kristen is active within the community by volunteering for the Cub Scouts, Sheboygan County Big Brothers and Big Sisters Lunch Buddy Program and Junior Achievement. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, working on her house, watching movies and reading.

Chue Xiong Lee’s life in the U.S. began in 1990 when she came here from her home in Laos. While working full-time at the credit union, she attended Lakeshore Technical College. In 2004, Chue graduated with an Associates Degree in Finance. She is furthering her education at UW-Sheboygan in the Business Program. Not only does Chue work and go to school, she is also married and raises her three wonderful children. Since Chue began her career at Kohler Credit Union eight years ago, she has held four different positions. She started as a teller and worked her way up to her current position. The aspect of her job that she enjoys the most is educating members about the importance of financial literacy. Chue is fluent in Hmong and has conducted financial literacy presentations in Hmong for ESL students.
