Teresa Beardsley, VP of Human ResourcesThroughout high school and college, Teresa provided care for customers in the service industry. With this knowledge and the joy of helping others, she earned her undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Winona State University in 1997. After college, Teresa worked in Human Resources at a manufacturing plant in the Manitowoc area. In December 2004, Teresa completed a Masters degree in Business Administration from Lakeland College. Through Certification as a Trainer of Sales and Service Programs, teaching workplace safety classes and speaking at various groups concerning Human Resources laws and topics, Teresa has built an impressive list of professional accomplishments. With over 12 years of experience, she has earned her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the National Society for Human Resource Management.
Tom Binversie, MEMBERS Financial Services Financial AdvisorTom has been in the insurance and investment business for several years and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business majoring in Business Administration and International Business from Lakeland College. Tom has been recognized in the past for his excellence in the insurance industry and the dedication to his clients by receiving the National Quality Award which is given by the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
As a trusted partner of the Kohler Credit Union, Tom has a strong history of working with credit union members, their family and their friends. He has access to a wide variety of investment and insurance products and can help members make sound financial decisions consistent with your comfort level, investment time-line and goals. The end result being a strategy designed to help build, protect, use and transfer assets in the most advantageous way.
Tom is also active in the community through his affiliation with the Sheboygan Noon Optimist Club, Sheboygan Falls Snowmobile Club, St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, and is a NAIFA member. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children and when time permits he enjoys hockey, snowmobiling and golf.
Kristen Kautzer, Howards Grove and Kohler Branch Manager Kristen has 14 years experience in finance, investments and member service. She started at the Credit Union as a part-time teller and has worked in various positions until becoming a manager of two financial service offices. Kristen has volunteered in the Junior Achievement program in Sheboygan County for the past six years. Her work with students is one example of her knowledge and dedication teaching the value of money management. Kristen graduated from Cardinal Stritch University; her Business Management degree includes a Human Resource certification. She has a passion for teaching finance. Her experience and her education make her an excellent candidate to share this knowledge with others. Kristen takes pride in her chosen career and she welcomes the opportunity to educate people about “understanding the financial realm of everyday living”.
Sue Miller, Regional Branch Manager In addition to her branch manager duties as the regional branch manager, Sue works closely with community businesses and organizations to develop relationships in the Ozaukee County area. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Illinois State University and has 10 years in the financial industry. Prior work experience has included assistant branch manager at West Bend Savings Bank and commercial underwriter at Acuity Insurance. Sue is very passionate about working with Kohler Credit Union members and putting them into a financial position that best helps them reach their goals and dreams. She enjoys being part of the community which is evident through her work with the Saukville and Grafton Chambers of Commerce, Port Washington/Saukville Rotary, Saukville’s Farmer’s Market Committee and various community events. Sue enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. In her free time, Sue is a competitive runner and enjoys biking.
Scott Presutti, Automotive Resource Manager Scott works with members to match their true transportation needs with their dreams. He also educates members about the many pitfalls of car buying. Scott has a background in Avionics through the time he served in the United States Marine Corps. His experience in the automotive industry is extensive: managed numerous aspects of automobile dealerships for over seven years, consulted in the auto industry for 10 years, and produced training videos and sales tools for the auto industry and other business. This experience led Scott to create the one-of-a-kind automotive consulting he now performs at Kohler Credit Union. Scott enjoys working with the members of Kohler Credit Union and making a positive impact in their lives. In his spare time, Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends, and loves to travel. He stays active in the community through his various coaching responsibilities, with baseball being his favorite. Scott also participates in the Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring program.
Lance Tischauser, VP of Sales and Marketing Over the last 20 years, Lance has worked in the financial industry in various positions. He has also spent nearly 20 years working with youth, both as a volunteer with youth groups and developing seminars and materials to teach young people how to manage money. His unique style of making a complicated subject fun made him a regular presenter at a number of national youth gatherings. He has designed various games to teach money management, contributed toward web-based financial management games and contributed to a book on reaching youth with a financial message. He has spoken at the annual convention for the National Youth Involvement Board and continues to spread the message of smart money choices for young people in Sheboygan County schools through classroom presentations. His passion and drive for this subject is renewed each day as one of his two daughters asks for money!
Rebecah Wickert, Taylor Drive Branch Manager Rebecah holds an Associates Degree in Business from Stratton College and is currently pursuing her Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Before joining Kohler Credit Union, Rebecah worked at Wells Fargo Bank for 14 years, holding several different management positions. She also worked as restaurant manager at Olympia Resort in Oconomowoc and as a health care sales consultant for Reinhardt Foods. Rebecah appreciates having the opportunity to be a member of a progressive financial team where she can contribute to its success through the use of her problem-solving and management skills. Rebecah stays active in the community by volunteering for Festival of Trees, Junior Achievement and Financial Options Support Services. In her spare time, she enjoys event and meeting planning by providing her assistance to make special events a success.
Chue Xiong Lee, Member Service Representative—
Financial Center Chue Xiong Lee’s life in the U.S. began in 1990 when she came here from her home in Laos. While working full-time at the credit union, she attended Lakeshore Technical College. In 2004, Chue graduated with an Associates Degree in Finance. She is furthering her education at UW-Sheboygan in the Business Program. Not only does Chue work and go to school, she is also married and raises her three wonderful children. Since Chue began her career at Kohler Credit Union eleven years ago, she has held five different positions. She started as a teller and worked her way up to her current position. The aspect of her job that she enjoys the most is educating members about the importance of financial literacy. Chue is fluent in Hmong and has conducted financial literacy presentations in Hmong for ESL students.
