Jon Jagemann is the newest member of the mortgage services department. Working out of the Taylor Branch, Jon will be helping members with their mortgage needs as a mortgage loan originator. He recently moved to the area from California, where he gained experience in several different areas of the real estate industry. Jon has a well-rounded view of real estate through his work as a real estate agent, a loan officer and most recently as a mortgage broker. He also has a unique perspective on the industry through his purchasing, remodeling and flipping of homes. Before working in real estate, Jon was an accountant for a bond trading company.

Jon was born in Two Rivers and raised in California. He recently moved to the Manitowoc area to be closer to his family. Jon enjoys riding and working on motorcycles, golfing, and jet skiing. Jon is currently a business student at Lakeshore Technical College and is looking forward to being actively involved in the local community.

Sue Petska has worked in the mortgage industry for eight years; the past five at Kohler Credit Union. She began her career at the credit union as a loan processor and is currently a mortgage loan originator specializing in web mortgage applications as well as helping members with their mortgage needs; especially those relocating to the area or with unique situations. Prior to her work in the mortgage business, Sue was a realtor in Manitowoc County for five years.

Sue grew up in Sheboygan Falls and has lived in the area for the past eight years. Prior to that, she lived in Manitowoc, Texas, Minnesota, and England. Sue and her husband co-own a business and enjoy traveling, gourmet cooking and outdoor activities. She is active in community activities including Meals on Wheels.

Amy Schmoldt is a Mortgage Originator at the Saukville Branch of Kohler Credit Union. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Merchandising and Management from the University of WI – Stout and is a 2002 graduate of the Leadership of Greater West Bend Chamber Group. Before joining the credit union, Amy held retail store management positions at Kmart, Target and Vanity. She began her financial services career working in personal banking, lending, branch management and most recently as a mortgage loan originator at various financial institutions. Amy enjoys financially educating members in order to help them achieve their dreams of home ownership.
 
Amy has lived in the West Bend area most of her life and stays active in the community through participation in the Ozaukee Realtors Association, Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund ‘Walk for a Cure’, Big Brothers Big Sisters’ School Mentoring Program, and Trinity Lutheran Church in West Bend. She enjoys spending time with her husband Chris, her sons Cullen and Tanner, and their black lab Sydney. Amy stays busy by scrapbooking, making greeting cards, watching the boys play sports, cruising in their boat, attending concerts and Brewers games, and riding on their Harley Davidson.
