If you have forgotten your Kohler Credit Union Online password, use our Forgotten Password feature to retrieve it.
For security reasons, you must contact Kohler Credit Union before you will be able to access your accounts online. There are a couple of ways to contact us:
- Call or stop at any Kohler Credit Union office.
- Send an email to Kohler Credit Union. Please be sure to include your complete name and address (please do not email your account number).
Once your account has been set up, the next step is to activate your accounts online. To access your account for the first time, please follow this step-by-step proceedure to get you started.
For members who opened their account before March 1, 2006, commonly make the mistake of forgetting to add three zeros to their account number. For example, if your account number is 11111, then enter 11111000 in the "Member Number" box. For members who have opened their account after March 1, 2006, and/or have an account number that begins with 1212, you do NOT need to add the zeros.
To protect your account security, online account access will be locked out if three consecutive unsuccessful attempts are made in accessing your account. Once your account is locked out, Kohler Credit Union will have to reinitialize your account. You can contact any Kohler Credit Union office by calling, stopping in (list of locations and hours of our offices), or by sending an email. If you can provide the error number and message that you received when you were unable to access your account, it will make it easier to identify the solution.
