Contact Kohler Credit Union
You need to contact Kohler Credit Union to activate your account for online access. There are a number of ways this can be done:
- Give us a call at 1-920-459-2595 or 1-888-528-2595.
- Send an email to Kohler Credit Union. Please be sure to include your complete name and address (please do not email your account number).
Your account will be activated. If you are contacting Kohler Credit Union directly, this will be done immediately; if you are contacting via email, you will be notified when your account has been activated.
Logging in the First Time
- The first time you log in to your account online, you will need to use the temporary PIN assigned to you during the initial set up of your online account access. For security reasons, you will need to change your temporary PIN before you can access your accounts online.
- For members who have opened accounts before March 1, 2006, when you enter your account number, please include the three zeros at the end of your account. For example, if your account number is 11111, then enter 11111000 in the "Member Number" box. For members who have opened accounts after March 1, 2006, and/or have an account number that begins with 1212, you do NOT need to add zeros to your account number when entering the account number into the "Member Number" box.
- Enter your four-digit temporary PIN.
Your First Time in the Account
For members who opened their account before March 1, 2006, commonly make the mistake of forgetting to add three zeros to their account number. For example, if your account number is 11111, then enter 11111000 in the "Member Number" box. For members who have opened their account after March 1, 2006, and/or have an account number that begins with 1212, you do NOT need to add the zeros.
Are you locked out of online access?
- Once you have successfully logged in, you will be prompted to change your password.
- Next, you will be shown a disclosure regarding accessing your accounts online. Please note, if you do not accept the disclosure, you will not be able to access your accounts online. Please contact us if you have specific questions about a disclosure.
- To protect you from fraud and identity theft, you will be asked three security questions to be used in identifying you as the true owner of the accounts. Learn more about this enhanced security system.
- Finally, you will be encouraged to submit your email address. This way, Kohler Credit Union can contact you and make you aware of any changes to the website, or to make you aware of specials being offered through the credit union. Please note: you are not required to submit your email address.
