Kohler Credit Union Awards Four Scholarships for 2019

Kohler Credit Union believes in helping area youth achieve their dreams of going to college.  That’s why your credit union has been awarding scholarships to deserving students since 1979.  This year, 4 students were selected from over 50 applicants to receive a $2,500 award which can be renewed for up to three years, for a total value of $10,000.

Students applying for the scholarship must have definite plans to attend a 4-year college or university, full-time, in Wisconsin, and their high school record must indicate high standards in scholarship, character, leadership, citizenship and involvement in school and community activities.  Students receiving 2018 Kohler Credit Union scholarships are:

Ciara Hessinger

Ciara Hassinger – Ciara graduated from Elkhart Lake - Glenbeulah High School and is the daughter of Brett and Diane Hassinger. Ciara plans to attend UW-Madison majoring in kinesiology. 

Kalli Sheedlo

Kalli Sheedlo – Kalli graduated from Sheboygan North High School and is the daughter of Jason and Mari Sheedlo. Kalli plan to attend UW-Madison majoring in social work. 

Katelyn Bruckschen

Katelyn Bruckschen – Kate graduated from Howards Grove High School and is the daughter of Troy and Dawn Bruckschen. Kate plans to attend UW-Oshkosh majoring in nursing. 

Kennedy Matuschka

Kennedy Matuschka – Kennedy graduated from Sheboygan South High School and is the daughter of John and Sherry Matuschka. Kennedy plans to attend UW-Madison majoring in biochemistry.
