After careful consideration and guidance from our local and national health department, our lobbies will be open and we will return to normal business operations on April 7, 2021. To ensure the health and safety of our members and teammates, we have implemented the following safety protocols within our lobbies:
- Masks required: Any one over 5 years old is required to wear a mask that fully covers the nose and mouth when entering the building. We may ask you to pull it down briefly to make proper identification.
- Safety Efforts: Within our lobbies, we have installed plexiglass guards in necessary areas and provide hand sanitizer throughout the branch. In addition, we have increased our cleaning and disinfecting procedures inside the lobbies.
- Social Distancing: We have limited our lobby capacity at each branch and have placed 6-foot markers throughout the lobby to promote social distancing.
- Employee Health: All teammates are reminded to stay home if they are feeling ill or have any COVID symptoms and required to report to management if they have had exposure to the virus.
We are excited to welcome our members back into our lobbies and look forward to seeing you.
