What do I need to bring to my appointment?
You should bring a valid photo ID to any in-person appointment. Other materials may be needed based on the type of appointment you are scheduling. If you are unsure of what to bring, please contact us directly at 888.528.2595.
What employee will I meet with?
You can choose your preferred member service representative at the branch you selected. If you do not have a preference, you will be assigned to the member service representative that is available at the time of your service.
How do I cancel my appointment?
If you need to cancel your appointment, please refer to the initial confirmation email that was sent at the time of booking. If you cannot locate the email, please call 888.528.2595 to cancel.
