You can schedule an appointment for the following services:
- New account opening
- Adding or updating a share certificate
- Adding a joint member to a current account
- Fraud disputes
- Wire transfers for members
- Notary services (in-person appointment only)
- Medallion signature guarantee (in-person appointment only)

What if my service is not listed?
If you want to make an appointment and the service is not listed, please choose the “All Other Services” option.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
You should bring a valid photo ID to any in-person appointment. Any other needed items will be listed in the description of the service and are also listed in the confirmation email that you will receive.
What employee will I meet with?
You can choose your preferred member service representative at the branch you selected. If you do not have a preference, you will be assigned to the member service representative that is available at the time of your service.
How do I cancel my appointment?
If you need to cancel your appointment, please refer to the initial confirmation email that was sent at the time of booking. If you cannot locate the email, please call 888.528.2595 to cancel.
