WEST BEND, Wis. (October 15, 2026) – Kohler Credit Union celebrated the groundbreaking of its new full-service branch at the corner of 18th Avenue and West Washington Street in West Bend. Expected to open in August 2027, the new location marks another milestone in the credit union’s continued growth and investment in the community.
The expansion builds on the success of Kohler Credit Union’s existing West Bend branch inside Meijer, where the credit union has served members since 2018. The new location will provide expanded access to personal and business financial services while strengthening the credit union’s longstanding commitment to the West Bend community.

The planned 4,792-square-foot branch will offer a comprehensive range of personal and business financial services, including checking and savings accounts, consumer and commercial lending, mortgages and home equity lending. The location is also expected to feature three drive-through lanes, providing additional convenience and accessibility for members.

The groundbreaking ceremony brought together Kohler Credit Union leadership, representatives from the West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce, local government officials and longtime project partner La Macchia Group to celebrate the start of construction.
