What should I do if my debit card isn’t working?
If your Kohler Credit Union debit card is not working, first check Card Controls in Digital Banking to make sure your card is active. If the issue continues, check for transaction alerts, confirm available funds, or contact Member Services for assistance.
Why was my debit card declined?
Your Kohler Credit Union debit card may be declined due to insufficient funds, security protections, transaction limits, incorrect card information, or suspected fraud. If you need help completing a transaction, check Digital Banking for alerts or contact Member Services for assistance.
What should I do if I see a transaction I don’t recognize?
If you see a transaction you do not recognize, contact Kohler Credit Union immediately at 888-528-2595 so the transaction can be reviewed. You can also temporarily turn off your debit card in Digital Banking using Card Controls while the transaction is investigated.
What happens if my debit card is lost or stolen?
If your Kohler Credit Union debit card is lost or stolen, disable it immediately in Digital Banking. During business hours, call 888-528-2595 to report the card and request a replacement. After hours, call the same number and follow the prompts to close your card. Replacement cards typically arrive in 7–10 business days, with expedited options available.

Yes. You can use your Kohler Credit Union debit card internationally anywhere Visa® is accepted, including for purchases and ATM withdrawals. Before traveling, set a travel notice to help reduce the chance of your card being declined while you are away.

My card is about to expire—when will I receive the new card?
Kohler Credit Union automatically mails replacement debit cards before your current card expires. You should receive your new card within 7–10 business days, and your current card remains active through the end of the expiration month. If your new card does not arrive, call 888-528-2595 for assistance.
