Deposit checks from anywhere with mobile deposit

Deposit a check when and where it’s convenient for you with mobile deposit! Simply take a picture of your check with your Smartphone, and the funds will be deposited into your Kohler Credit Union business account.

Follow these steps to access mobile deposit:

  1. Sign into digital banking from your mobile app. Not enrolled in digital banking? Click here to enroll today!
  2. Once logged in, select the menu button in the upper left-hand corner and choose “Deposit Check” from the dropdown.
  3. Following the prompts on the screen, select which account the funds should be deposited into and the amount of the check. Select “Capture Image.”
  4. Sign the back of the check and write “For mobile deposit only at Kohler Credit Union (KCU) only.” Take a picture of both the front and back of the check as instructed in the mobile app.
  5. Click the “Submit Deposit” button when you are finished. You will receive a confirmation email when the deposit is received, accepted or rejected.
