Legal Advisory Services
As a benefit to our members, Kohler Credit Union has partnered with the law firm of Olsen, Kloet, Gunderson & Conway to provide legal advice and consultation. Members are eligible for two complimentary, 30-minute consultations per year.
To help facilitate a meeting with Olsen, Kloet, Gunderson & Conway, we have arranged in-branch legal services events. If you would like to meet with an attorney to discuss legal matters and take advantage of this benefit, please register by clicking the location that works best for you.

Consultation Services Available
Services relating to most legal matters including personal injury, worker’s compensation, landlord/tenant law, real estate, estate planning, probate/estates, creditor/debtor rights, business law and organizations, civil litigation, consumer law, and consumer rights.
Subjects not covered include, but are not limited to: family law, traffic law, bankruptcy, patent, trademark and copyright, criminal law, securities, and anti-trust law. However, appropriate referrals for such areas can be provided, upon request.
This plan is not a substitute for the retention of your own personal attorney. If you retain the firm for legal services beyond advice and consultation, you shall be responsible for the cost of such service.
