Deposit a check anytime, anywhere.

Deposit a check when and where it’s convenient for you with mobile deposit! Simply take a picture of your check with your Smartphone, and the funds will be deposited into your Kohler Credit Union account.

To deposit a check using mobile deposit, simply follow the steps below or view our short interactive video in our Digital Academy.

  1. Sign into Kohler Credit Union’s digital banking from your mobile app. Not enrolled in digital banking yet? Click here to enroll today!
  2. Once signed in, select the menu button in the upper left-hand corner and choose “Deposit Check” from the dropdown.
  3. Following the prompts on the screen, select which account the funds should be deposited into and the amount of the check. Select “Capture Image.”
  4. Sign the back of the check and write “For mobile deposit at Kohler Credit Union (KCU) only.” Take a picture of both the front and back of the check, as instructed in the mobile app.
  5. Click the “Submit Deposit” button when you are finished. You will receive a confirmation email when the deposit is received, accepted or rejected.

Funds deposited before 4:00pm on a normal business day will generally be available after 6:30pm the same day. Funds deposited after 4:00pm on a normal business day, or on a weekend or holiday, will generally be available after 6:30pm the following business day.
