Deposit a check anytime, anywhere.
Deposit a check when and where it’s convenient for you with mobile deposit! Simply take a picture of your check with your Smartphone, and the funds will be deposited into your Kohler Credit Union account.
To deposit a check using mobile deposit, simply follow the steps below or view our short interactive video in our Digital Academy.
- Sign into Kohler Credit Union’s digital banking from your mobile app. Not enrolled in digital banking yet? Click here to enroll today!
- Once signed in, select the menu button in the upper left-hand corner and choose “Deposit Check” from the dropdown.
- Following the prompts on the screen, select which account the funds should be deposited into and the amount of the check. Select “Capture Image.”
- Sign the back of the check and write “For mobile deposit at Kohler Credit Union (KCU) only.” Take a picture of both the front and back of the check, as instructed in the mobile app.
- Click the “Submit Deposit” button when you are finished. You will receive a confirmation email when the deposit is received, accepted or rejected.
Funds deposited before 4:00pm on a normal business day will generally be available after 6:30pm the same day. Funds deposited after 4:00pm on a normal business day, or on a weekend or holiday, will generally be available after 6:30pm the following business day.
